Researchers, the results of our research during the Fourth Good Sleep Day event are in, with some details shared for the Fifth Good Sleep Day, taking place in late December!
Our sleep tends to be shorter and shallower during the full moon. However, Pokémon Sleep found that on the night of the full moon during this Good Sleep Day event, the average sleep duration of all you researchers around the world was 3 min. and 51 sec. longer than average.
Average sleep durations during Good Sleep Day compared to average sleep durations on the same days of the previous week:
- 26th November (Sun): 7 hrs 1 min (+4 min)
- 27th November (Mon): 7 hrs 3 min (+4 min)
- 28th November (Tue): 7 hrs 1 min (+2 min)
Notes: The difference from the same days of the previous week is calculated separately for each of the three days.
Only users who tracked sleep once per day were included in these calculations.
The next Good Sleep Day event will be held from 26th December 2023, to 28th December 2023.
